The Greatest Motivator of all Time

Watching the UNC/Duke game last Wednesday night made me think of the best coach/ motivator of all time (in my humble opinion) – UCLA legend John Wooden. Below are a few gems from Coach Wooden that can apply to many different aspects of life. After reading, let me know some of your favorite quotes.  What makes them so great and who are they attributed to?

This is one of my favorite quotes of all time – not a day goes by when either myself or someone here at our office doesn’t use it to explain why bad decisions are made. The message is simple but powerful – don’t waste time selling a solution (no matter how breakthrough and compelling it may be) to a person who doesn’t think they have a problem.
